When the Australian band Men at Work sang the lyric "Do you come from a land down under? Where women glow and men plunder?" it is unlikely they expected said plundering would haunt them.

I've listened to both and no, I can't hear the supposed similarity. I remember the Kookaburra song from when I was a kid and the Down Under song sounds nothing like it.

The parts of "Down Under" in question (The flute riff) and the tune of "Kookaburra " are actually quite similar at the beginning, but the rhythm is slightly different and I am amazed that a plagarism case succeded. I think this is likely just legal trollingby the right company.

Phew,   so long as Rolf Harris' musical heritage hasn't been tainted.  I'd be sorely upset if he 'd plaguerised in the creation of "2 little boys".
